My " I Love You Sabado" Moments

 We are once a child, a child that waits for that moment when everyone in our family is free to spend time us.  We always wait for the weekend, that Sabado day where we can go out with our family or just stay at home just as long as we can spend precious moment with our love ones.

And speaking of Sabado, do you still remember the “I love you Sabado “song popularized by Jollibee. It was released during the 80’s and actor Boy 2 Quizon was the child actor for that commercial. I know you are now in the state of LSS just like me and I could not actually stop myself searching for those all YouTube video and just want to compare the lyrics

The “I love you Sabado” is one of the most well-loved and successful campaign of Jollibee- the fast food giant. And the jingle is now been re written and given a fresh arrangement.

The campaign inspired families to make the make the most of their weekend by spending quality time with one another. As a brand that promotes the joy of family, Jollibee is bringing back to life this campaign as Jollibee believes that the message still holds true in this day and age. Amid the hustle and bustle of our day to day lives, it is important to reinforce the importance of reserving weekends and pursuing our passion with our family; because they are the most important in our life.

 To officially kick off the" I love you Sabado "campaign, six flagship Jollibee stores nationwide hold a simultaneous launch this morning of July 4, 2015 starting at 8 am. There were lot of games and surprises for customers who will come with their families.

We were able to be part of the E. Rodriquez branch of Jollibee. A long line was already waiting in preparation of the 8 am opening. Aside from free langhap sarap meals, there are performances by Jollibee and other mascots as well.

Bamboo rock the house

Different venue, different performers. Yumbassador Kiefer Ravena, Arnold Van Opstal and Alyssa Valdez perform at Jollibee New Las Pina branch while rock icon Bamboo was with us at E. Rodriquez . The Voice Kids grand finalist and Jollibee Kids Club endorser JK Labajo, Lyca Gairanod and Darlene Vibares was at Iba Zambales. San Pablo Plaza and Parkmall Mandaue respectively. The TVK stars will give the customers a sample of their rendition of” I love you Sabado”. Emmanuel Vera will perform at Jollibee Talomo in Davao.

Jollibee is going all out on this campaign in line with the goal of engaging even more Filipino families  across the country . The advocacy will be made yearly and will be celebrated every FIRST  weekend of July thereafter as a National Family Bonding Weekend.
