Valenza : A Crown Asia's Prime Property in Tagaytay

While on the way to vacant lots for future house and lot owners, I noticed the difference between a regular subdivision and Valenza. The lots have ample space compared to the regular subdivision. They also have better and more recreational facilities aside from the usual clubhouse.

One of my visit's the highlight was taking photos up at Valenza’s Winter Tales Castle. The impressive structure stood majestically near the entrance of Valenza, Sta. Rosa along the main road. The Christmas-themed castle changed into different colors to the awed delight of the visitors. The display was lit up at sundown, but dozens of people lined up at all hours to have their photos taken. Definitely, a wonderful souvenier.

Pines Suites Tagaytay: Home Suites Home

#Luckyme as I always say. This time, I discovered one of Tagaytay's yet to be polished gems, the Pine Suites, developed by Crow Asia, one of the county's top property developers.

It was the day of groundbreaking. I got to see Crown Asia's plan for Pine Suites first hand. I saw that it would soon rise into a place where you have everything you will need. Clubhouse, bar and lounge, swimming pool, gym, function room, game, any room you will ever need.

Starmall Cinema Alabang ATMOS DOLBY Sounds

It’s been years since I last visited the Starmall Alabang, formerly Alabang Metropolis, one of Southenerns' favourite places to unwind because of its accessibility, affordable buys, and a wide variety of food choices. There has been noticeable change since the last time I have been here. The lighting and aesthetics have greatly improved and the mall is now more spacious. Another thing that Starmall Alabang prides in is their renovated and up-to-date cinemas. In time for the Christmas season, Cinema 4 opened its doors for everyone to enjoy the ATMOS DOLBY experience.  ATMOS DOLBY sound system has been creating 3D aural experience in theatres since June 2012.

Christmas at Jollibee makes holiday family traditions more festive

More than just a place for langhap-sarap food, Jollibee has become a haven of happiness for cherished family moments, especially during Christmas, the jolliest time of the year. This Yuletide season, the country’s leading fast-food chain is adding brightness and cheer to its nationwide network of stores with holiday decorations that make dining an even more festive experience.

Decals featuring well-loved Christmas parols and a group of cute kiddie carolers embellish the glass panels of Jollibee stores, welcoming customers as they enter and depicting the holiday traditions that many Filipinos are fond of. These also add to the heartwarming mood set by the colorful murals that showcase Pinoys’ strong family ties, as well as the fun store accents and décor that win over kids and kids at heart. Donation boxes for the 20th Maaga ang Pasko, the longest-running toy and book drive in the Philippines, also touched the hearts of consumers, encouraging them to share their blessings with those in need.

To get everyone into the holiday mood, Jollibee introduced special holiday treats that celebrate the flavors of the season. Celebrations with the family became even more complete with the Christmas Bucket Treats, featuring everyone’s favorite Chickenjoy and Jolly Spaghetti bundled with yummy treats such as Buttered Corn, Mashed Potatoes, Peach Mango Pies and Jollibee Mix-ins with Hershey’s Kisses.

Dine at Jollibee and feel the spirit of Christmas as cute kiddie carolers welcome you with a warm smile.
Adding a sweet note to the festivities are the Jollibee Christmas Creamy Shakes. Available in Mocha Cookie and Choco Cookie variants, these indulgent flavors mixed with vanilla soft-serve ooze with creamy and delicious sweetness.

Ericsson RELEASES 2014 Networked Society City Index, ranking cities by ict maturity

Nine cities have been added to 2014 edition of Networked Society City Index report. Manila is ranked as 8th most improved city in ICT Maturity compared to its 2013 ranking
Key finding: cities with low ICT maturity are improving their ICT maturity faster than high performing cities, indicating a catch-up effect, and a potential for cities to leapfrog by moving straight to advanced mobile technology

The report includes three predictions for the future of cities, around the growth of smart citizens, a redefinition of GDP, and power of collaboration

Ericsson recently published its latest Networked Society City Index. The index ranks 40 cities and measures their ICT maturity in terms of leverage from ICT investments on economic, social and environmental development: the "triple bottom line" effect.
