There are just some things in life that you cannot let just pass you by, and the performance of DRUM TAO is one of those things DRUM TAO comes to Manila for the first time and performed last July 12 for their gala night and you can still catch them till July 22, 2012 at The Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resort World Manila. They will have 10 shows all in all and each show is different from one another that I can say to you.
There are so many words that others use to describe the show, lucrative, enchanting, and intriguing but to me it just leave me speechless. It’s worth every penny you’ll spend to see the show. Every minute is worth watching for and you'll never know when it start or end.
TAO performed at Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the biggest art festival in the world in 2004 and 2005 and achieved No. 1 ticket sales among more than 2000 groups in both years at the festival. They received a great deal of attention from promoters all around the world. TAO started full scale world tours such as three months long run performance in Hamburg. 100 shows in Germany and Switzerland, all around Australian tour and Taipei arena shows for the second time in a row. TAO established the firm position in the world as a representative entertainment artist group.
Finally, USA tour, which was a long term goal since the beginning, has started spring of 2010. American reviewers praised the group as a sensational Japanese entertainment show you never seen. TAO received an invitation from Vancouver Olympics and they sold out whole 50 shows on the tour.
